Arvind Kejriwal finds out that his followers are ready to back him without any questioning and he decides to repay them by providing the people cheaper power, water and free wifi, which the people enjoyed. But Arvind soon finds out the hit the Delhi government treasury took as a result and he then decides to increase the tax, leaving the people understandably disgruntled.
