Pancharangi is a 2010 Indian Kannada language romantic comedy film with philosophical overtones directed and produced by Yograj Bhat starring Diganth and Nidhi Subbaiah in the lead roles. The music has been composed by Mano Murthy, story and screenplay is written by Lucia Pawan Kumar.

The story revolves around Lakki (Pawan Kumar) who comes to a village to check out Latha (Ramya Barna). Though her family agrees to the alliance, a problem crops up when Lakki is caught with his lover who had followed him. Predictably, all hell breaks loose.
But there's also Bharath (Diganth), Lakki's lazy brother, who looks at life rather differently but he is snared by Ambika (Nidhi Subbaiah). And there's Keshavananda Swamiji (Mitra), who is respected by everybody but exposed in a sex scandal. The best part of the movie is marriage broker Panchakshari (Raju Thalikote), who tries to bring together the families of Lakki and Latha. Does he succeed?
